Douglas
Vice President
Douglas has been with Brownline USA since 2011. Starting as a field surveyor, he advanced through operations and was appointed Vice President in January 2025.
In his current role, he handles a wide range of controlling tasks. From project planning with clients, and equipment testing to final documentations checks and field support.
What does Douglas enjoy most about his work? Being part of a company that is trusted to take on—and successfully complete—the most challenging horizontal directional drilling projects.
Known for his reliability and hands-on mindset, Douglas is a key team player who helps keep operations running smoothly.
Logan
Business Development Manager
Logan started at Brownline in 2018 as a Surveyor and has since grown into his current role as Business Development Manager. In this position, he is the point of contact for new partnerships within Brownline USA. He reaches out to drilling companies that haven’t yet worked with our steering service and introduces them to the advantages of the Drillguide Steering Tools.
In addition to bringing in new clients, Logan also maintains close relationships with existing customers to ensure we always meet, and preferably exceed, their expectations.
What makes his job special is meeting new people and building partnerships for the future. Outside of work, Logan enjoys staying active, whether it’s hunting, fishing, golfing, playing softball, or training at the gym.
Michael
Operations Manager
Michael began his journey at Brownline as a Steerhand and has since advanced to Operations Manager. In this role, he oversees day-to-day operations, ensures surveyors are equipped with the correct documentation, provides technical support, and delivers accurate as-built plans. He is also responsible for recruiting and training new team members. Michael is playing a vital role in the company’s continued success.
