Operations Manager
As the spider in the web, he leads the Service Team with precision and passion. He starts each day with a smile, determined to achieve the best results for our customers. Ruben is energised by seeing Brownline grow together with his team.
His energy and enthusiasm make him an indispensable part of the company.
Arie
Technical Account Manager
For many customers, Arie is Brownline's public face. As Technical Account Manager, he visits customers, deploys the Drillguide Autopilot system for our projects, and monitors quality throughout the organisation.
He spends much of his time on the road, visiting customers at their offices and drilling sites. It is this combination of indoor and outdoor work that makes his job so enjoyable. Arie considers his day a success when the drilling goes smoothly and the customers are satisfied.
In his spare time, he enjoys playing sports, skiing, and spending time with his family.
His dream? To grow old and continue enjoying the company of his loved ones for many years to come.
Rick
Operations Specialist
Rick enjoys the challenge of solving complex technical and logistical puzzles. As an experienced member of the Operations team, he is responsible for preparing projects, coordinating international logistics and contact with clients. His workday often involves adjusting to unexpected developments. But bringing everything together successfully by the end of the day gives him great satisfaction.
What Rick values most is the variety in his role and the strong cooperation with clients worldwide. Contributing to innovative drilling projects and seeing them succeed makes his work meaningful and rewarding.
Arjo
Operations Planner
Arjo makes sure everything runs smoothly. As a project planner, he keeps an eye on the big picture, arranges the right people and resources, and ensures the planning stays on track. He works closely with colleagues, clients, and other partners to keep projects moving forward.
No two days are the same: messages come in through phone, app, and email, and Arjo knows exactly what needs attention and when. He’s quick to respond, sets clear priorities, and stays calm under pressure.
Within the team, Arjo is a connector. He shares ideas, helps find solutions, and always keeps the customer in mind. What drives him? Preventing problems before they arise—and solving them quickly and smartly when they do.
Sjonnie
Operations Planner
Every day is different for Sjonnie, and that’s exactly what keeps him energized. As Operations Planner, he makes sure tools arrive at the right destination and colleagues are scheduled efficiently. A successful workday? That’s when he can head home with a satisfied smile, knowing everything ran smoothly.
Outside of work, Sjonnie finds joy riding his motorcycle and spending quality time with his family. He lives by a simple but powerful motto: take life day by day and enjoy every moment.
Sander
Operations Planner
Sander ensures that every drilling operation is prepared down to the last detail. Together with the operations team, he provides the surveyors with all the information they need to do their job properly. He also carefully assesses customers' drilling drawings. Thanks to his thorough preparation, we can send the surveyors out with confidence and well prepared. He is also a project manager at Track Check, where he supervises the entire process of post-measurements: from planning and implementation to aftercare.
Sander's working days are filled with switching gears, coordinating and thinking ahead, but that is precisely what makes the work enjoyable. What gives him energy? When everything runs smoothly and the team completes a successful drilling project together.
Outside of working hours, you can find Sander on his motorbike or behind the turntables with a healthy dose of tech house.
