See how we make our GPS track fly to test a new system!
A while ago we were asked whether our GPS track could also be used in locations that are inaccessible to people, such as nature reserves or at sea. To investigate this challenge, we conducted a special test at our office in Meerkerk.
Our engineers built a special frame that allows the GPS track to be hung under a drone. In collaboration with Drone Visual, the drone was equipped with the system. The drone autonomously flew to a predetermined point directly above our test setup with our gyro. Then the position of the tool was measured. A beautiful piece of craftsmanship!
Thanks to this innovative approach, we can support our customers in hard-to-reach areas without compromising on accuracy and quality.
